I was astonished at this body shop’s customer service, in the time my car was done (even with major damage), and how truthful they are. I’m quite familiar with car shops and these guys goes above and beyond to save you money and to make sure your insurance isn’t messing you over! My car was ready in 4 days compared to other body shops keeping my wife’s car for 3 weeks plus and when I arrived my car was cleaned and buffed. I was informed they are under new ownership also, these are good people and wouldn’t think of taking my business elsewhere.

Red River Collision Center is a wonderful place. The staff was awesome and was able to schedule me in as quickly as possible. I want to thank Hope Rader . She was really efficient with getting me in and out as quickly as possible. Hope greeted me with a smile this morning that made me feel welcomed as I entered her office. She is very good at her job and I will definitely contact her for any other issues that may arise with my vehicle. Thank you again Red River Collision Center.

Today I took my vehicle in for repair on my bumper. Hope was the lady that talked with. She and I went out to look at my bumper and she called Mason over to take a look at it to get his opinion. He looked at it and said, this will only take a short while and they found no damage and that it just needed to be popped back in place basically. He then told me he wasn't charging for the work. I was surprised. This is a company That I would take my vehicle to every time I need something done. I feel that they are a honest company.

Great experience! All of the ladies in the front were absolutely amazing and kind. They kept me informed on my car the entire time they had it, got it fixed in a timely manner, had it detailed and answered every question I had. 10/10 recommend. I will be using them for any future car issues, thankful for good people!

Absolutely the best service I’ve ever received easy rental car process through Geico and in the office Hope is the very best at what she does they cleaned detailed and fix my car in one week easy online process never had to even speak to somebody until the day I drop my car off wonderful place great prices even through insurance would recommend anybody

A+. They did an excellent job with my Tesla. Went to them twice. Once for bad hail damage and another for a fender bender. They repaired both nicely and worked with me to arrange drop off/pick up at convenient locations in East Texas. They also returned my Tesla fully charged. All around solid place. Hopefully won’t need to come back again, but at least I have a trusted place.

Excellent work, and completed in good time considering the supply chain issues affecting everyone. I'd rather wait for the quality than have a rush job done on my truck! They were so caring and understanding, professional, and communicated with me throughout the process, advocating on my behalf with the insurance company to ensure OEM and high quality parts were used! Truck is like new!!

My truck was damaged in Hurricane Lurah. Tyler and his team did a great job of repairing the dents and dings. They were on time and great to deal with. It takes a lot to make me write a review so you should definitely consider them for your repairs too.I inspected the work they did and couldn’t find any alignment issues or paint discrepancies. My truck looks brand new again.

This is a great body shop! They were very professional and the body techs did a great job on repairing my SUV quickly. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Plus they even fought my insurance company to get everything my vehicle needed from the factory, not aftermarket parts. Since I have 2 teens driving now, I’ll definitely be using them for all of my family’s body shop needs! Thanks Red River Collision!

Although, they’re not the best at giving updates, they’re more than willing to answer questions when you give them a call. They also promptly fixed the issues that I had with the repair done on my truck. Nice people.

Easy to communicate with, they picked up my vehicle and dropped it back off for me, fixed my hail damage in a timely manner, and also aired up my tires and cleaned the inside of my car. Wonderful experience and I will use them in the future if needed.

I ran my Tesla into a cement barrier around a light pole at a dark, deserted mall parking lot during a tropical storm. Visibility was awful due to the torrential rain but I chose to leave anyway after 2 cars from a nearby sketchy neighborhood I’d just driven through, drove behind my car, slowing to a snail’s pace, looking at me and the car. I decided it was safer to leave than stay.
Due to 2 officers from the local police force, other Tesla drivers who came later and offered to help, an incredibly competent, courteous tow truck driver and hotel owners who helped in every way they could, my car and I made it safely to Red River Collision the next morning.
Jimmy and Hope took great care of me and my car from the moment I arrived until I drove the car home. They worked closely with my insurance and Tesla to figure out all the details of billing and parts procurement when the supply chain was a mess due to Covid and a series of storms. The kept me informed every step of the way. My car came back to me clean and running like when it was new. It was a complicated process and I’m grateful for their competence, professionalism and, especially, customer care. When I picked the car up, I had to return to the same charging station where the accident had occurred. Jimmy sent an employee with me in a big pick-up truck who stayed until I left, making sure I was safe.
