It is highly recommended that you make an appointment. We are an independent auto repair center and we pride ourselves on our quality work and stellar reviews. We might be completely booked and not be able to get to your car right away. For that reason, we recommend making an appointment or calling ahead.
No, we recommend that you go with a shop that you know and trust. (We hope that is us.) Your insurance company cannot require you to go to a particular repair facility. You have the right to choose your repair shop.
Absolutely! If your car has been dinged or scratched, we can repair it. We also perform a full detail on your vehicle. Often some minor cosmetic work and a full detail can make you feel like you have a brand-new vehicle.
You may bring your vehicle back in, or give us a call to discuss anything you notice that may seem abnormal and related to the accident or recent repairs. Our goal is to restore your car to pre-accident condition.
Your advisor can give you an estimate of the time it will take to complete the repairs to your vehicle. Be sure to check with your advisor for the specifics on your vehicle.
